New mobile-friendly login page
The Centrix login page has been redesigned to make it more friendly to mobile devices such as phones and tablets. You are no longer required to zoom in to access the fields as they are automatically scaled to the screen size of the device.
Automatic redirection to HTML dashboard if flash player is not installed
On systems where Adobe Flash Player is not installed you will now be automatically redirect to the HTML dashboard which does not require flash player. This improves the experience on mobile devices where flash player is typically not available.
Alphabetical sorting of groups
The sorting of groups is now alphabetical in the sites list, alarm labels list and users list. This makes is easier to compares groups between items when each item has several groups.
Consistency checking of capture traces against capture trace episodes
The capture trace episode detection algorithm that is used in the points alarm will always try and locate the episode in a trace even if it's not a particularly good fit. We were finding that this was causing a lot of false alerts and have introduced a consistency check. The updated algorithm first checks the consistency of the trace against the episode before trying to fit it and then ignores the trace if it is not a good fit.
On the Capture Episodes page you can check if an episode is a good fit when making use of the "Find in Current Trace" button. A message will be shown if the trace is not a good fit. The example below shows an episode for a points "current trace" compared against a "pressure trace".
Additional diagnostic information provided in log messages for MIMOSA loggers
The message log for MIMOSA loggers (SA380 TX/TXL) now shows additional diagnostic information after receiving events.
The additional information is in square brackets, the first number shows the number of raw events in the original message and the date after the forward slash shows the date and time of the latest event contained within the whole message.
Auto tagging of anomaly capture traces
Centrix will now automatically tag erroneous capture traces with the ANOMALY tag. This will also exclude the trace from being processed by the points alarm processor, eliminating false alarms for traces that have been caused by bad data from the data logger.
This is only designed to act as a pre-filter on traces to detect obvious erroneous data from the data logger, traces representing fault conditions with equipment will not be tagged and will be processed as normal.
Error when adding a threshold to a capture episode on points alarm through edit dialog
When adding a threshold on an episode in the points alarm edit dialog, an error was shown and the threshold was not saved. This issue has now been resolved.
